Baltic Wharf Riverside Revival

Baltic Wharf Boatyard

Baltic Wharf is a 26-acre former timber yard and fields on the banks of the river Dart in Totnes.

At just 10 minutes’ level walk from the town centre, the semi-dilapidated site is one of Totnes’ most sustainable areas for redevelopment.

The site has outline planning permission for a mixture of home, employment and leisure space. Work on the detailed design of the scheme is expected to begin in autumn 2011.

Baltic Wharf is proud to sponsor ‘Team Baltic’ a J80 class yacht crewed by local youths and skippered by Henry Bomby of Stoke Gabriel.
