Phase One Consultation & Steering Group
What is Phase One?
While the entire site has outline planning permission, Baltic Wharf needs detailed planning permission for each section of the development before building work can begin.
This work is being done in phases, Phase One will develop the part of the site marked Areas A and B on the plan above. The part of the site will be mainly housing, including the co-housing scheme and affordable homes. At this stage we will also be seeking approval for a Landscape and Design Plan that will set the tone for the look and feel of the whole site.
Consultation on Phase One
Details of our extensive consultation plan can be found here (link to community involvement page).
Below you will find the notes and reports of the consultation events.
Date for your diary: Friday 17 and Saturday 18 May. This is when the detailed designs will be ready. We will be holding a two day public drop-in event for people to be able t see and comment upon the new plans.
